Hi Gemma Just want to thank you for a great stay over at 25 Castle Street. I was a little worried to step out of the security of a hotel, especially while responsible for a child. However, you made the process so easy and we felt very secure. My grandson and I loved the apartment and I won’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and relations. April 2018

I had a brilliant stay at 25 Castle Street. I was in number 8, and it was a beautiful apartment! With it being a Saturday night, I was expecting it to be very busy and loud in town, which it was, but you could barely hear it from the apartment! I did get a bit if a scare from the noise of the saniflow system, but it was fine after the first time hearing it. The beds were very comfortable, although it was too hot to use the duvets. We had a fan in the room which was also appreciated and really helped with the heat. The shower was brilliant, definitely needed in the heat. The complimentary shower products were a lovely little surprise, and I really enjoyed having amazing water pressure which I don't have at home! Everything we needed was readily available and really easy to find, although one of the plug sockets in the bedroom near the window (the right hand one) appeared to have something blocking the plug, I reported it to the member of staff the member of staff who was on call, who was very helpful! Overall, an amazing apartment and will definitely be back! August 2022
